We help local businesses show up when it matters
South African service providers doing solid work but invisible online. That's the gap we've been closing since 2018.
Started with one question
Back in 2018, a plumber in George told me he was losing work to companies with worse reviews but better Google rankings. He'd been in business for fifteen years, had loyal customers, did quality work. But when someone searched "plumber near me," he wasn't there. The algorithm didn't know he existed.
That conversation stuck with me because it wasn't an isolated case. I kept meeting service providers—electricians, tutors, consultants—all facing the same problem. They understood their craft but had no time to figure out why their websites weren't working. Most had tried "SEO services" before and got burned by agencies promising overnight results.
So we built something different. No magic formulas. No guaranteed rankings. Just methodical work understanding how search engines evaluate local businesses, combined with honest conversations about what's actually possible. We focus on South African markets because regional search behavior matters more than most SEO guides admit.
What we actually do
Technical foundations
We fix the structural issues that prevent search engines from understanding your site. Speed problems, indexing errors, broken schema markup. The stuff that's invisible to visitors but critical to algorithms.
Regional targeting
Search behavior varies by location—what works in Cape Town doesn't always work in Durban. We adjust strategy based on local competition and search patterns specific to your area.
Content strategy
Not blog posts for the sake of content. Strategic pages that answer the actual questions your potential customers type into Google. We help you build authority on topics that drive real business.
Growing from first client to today
2018 – Testing the approach
Started with three clients in George, all local service providers. Spent six months understanding what actually moved rankings for South African businesses. No playbook to follow—we built one through trial and documentation.
2020 – Scaling regionally
Expanded to work with businesses across Western Cape, then Eastern Cape. Learned that local search factors vary more than we initially thought. Developed region-specific audit processes.
2022 – Specialization shift
Stopped taking retail clients to focus exclusively on service businesses. The optimization challenges are different, the metrics that matter are different. Better to go deep on one sector than spread thin.
Now – Remote optimization
Working with clients across South Africa while maintaining the personalized approach. Monthly strategy calls, detailed reporting, ongoing adjustments. Same regional focus, expanded reach.
Data-driven decisions
Every recommendation backed by search console data, not hunches.
Regional expertise
Understanding South African search patterns makes the difference.
Transparent process
You see exactly what we're doing and why it matters.
Long-term results
Building sustainable visibility, not temporary ranking spikes.
